How to lower homeowners insurance- the key is the agent.

In December I wrote several articles on how to lower homeowners insurance costs. I did this because my research indicated that Tennessee homeowners insurance rate increases were just around the corner.  Of course, I had a little tip from The Insurance Prophet so I can’t take all the credit as an insurance fortune teller.
